Coverage period

Our products are covered for a lifetime from the date of the original online purchase by the original end-user purchaser. 

Conditions of coverage

The products must be used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Defects and Exchanges

If a defect is found in the materials and workmanship, we will exchange the product at no charge to you. The defective product must be sent back to us for assessment.

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect.
• The warranty does not cover instances where the customer simply changes their mind.
